I was allowed up into his apartment to have the warble taken out of my trusty bike wheels. He had an amazing shop set up in his place, meticulously organized with I believe EVERY specialized bicycle tool that ParkTool makes. For a bike geek like me it was like walking into a living masterpiece! He trued my wheels in about 3 minutes... wow. I am stoked.
