On my laptop, the whole desktop / open windows are shaking randomly! Totally weird. Waiting for the scan to end so that I can see where it came from. I have a feeling it came from my 'torrents' folder ;) crap.
Hey Jason! Boot into Safe-Mode by pressing F8 before the Windows splash screen shows. From there, Start > Run > Regedit. Go to HKLM > SOFTWARE > Microsoft > Windows > Current Version > Run... And look for and delete anything weird looking. file name like QRTfntr5694.exe or something. Delete the weird looking things from the Disk as well.
